FCC Hoping for Global 5G Spectrum Bands

I can't imagine these spectrums being useful for use inside buildings, anything above 5 GHz including wireless AC already has trouble penetrating walls and coverage is greatly diminished compared to 2.4 GHz. That high up the spectrum band would probably only be useful for the backhaul connections between towers as this would require a clear line of sight and significantly higher powered transmitters than what a phone can handle.
