It's cool and all that the V3m will have a TF slot. But seriously verizon was a year and half behind cingulars release finally doing so then four months later release the real macCoy. Whatever 🙄 😈

I also believe it would be gray. If you look at the picture, it shows the low-end phone, the multicolored V3is and then another RAZR which is gray.

And what's the deal with the colors? GSM gets all of the cool color upgrades to the V3i like metallic red but we only get boring gray on our phone. Why do they have to release the boring color first and then come out with the interesting ones months later instead of releasing em at the same time? I mean really.

Although I'll give you GSM guys that the V3c did get the pink option.

Except this one has features in line with the v3i which cingular has bogged down in testing.

Calm down, hippie..

Cingular bought exclusive rights to the original V3 and, just like everyone else, Verizon followed suit after Cingular's contract ended.

Besides, I don't see any V3i's on the shelf at Cingular stores..

I'm assuming the memory card will be rendered virtually useless if this model's released by Verizon?

If it's Verizon, it's guaranteed to be useless and of course, you can look forward to Verizon's $hitty UI as well.

I like the idea of the GUI. Having used Moto's t720, I can heartily say I hated that unintuitive interface. Still, though...it sure stifles creativity.

when you put it that way, Yes I can agree but Verizon's socalism for cell phones is dumb. People should have options and believe it or not, a UI is a factor people have when purchasing a phone.

Granted, Verizon's UI may be easy to use but some prefer the classic Nokia Series 40. Verizon should give the user the option to use their UI or the manufacturers. At least on a PC, you can choose whatever OS you want and if it XP, you can customize it to your liking

Yeah, but Verizon had the E815 which came with a memory card slot and a 1.3 mp camera. Given it wasn't a RAZR, but it was still pretty similar to this in features.

I am glad that they finally came out with a CDMA RAZR with the slot, though, and I may very well buy this phone when I'm eligible for a discounted upgrade.

But I agree completely with the original poster. GSM has had RAZRs with memory slots for a while before this, and they've already released the V3x for GSM about a whole month before allowing CDMA to catch up to the V3i. I wish that when these companies would make new GSM phones, they would just make a CDMA version too. I mean, how hard is it in the day of gigaherz computers to make the same cell phone but with a CDMA ...
