Okay, so this is NOT an iPhone. The UI on the iPhone is spectacular, and I cry myself to sleep every night after praying that Sprint will get some cupertino lovin before I retire in 2044. Having said that, the Touch is a move in the right direction, even if it isn't as perfect an iteration as Apple's first venture. It does retain some functionality and capability that the iPhone lacks, namely MS Exchange Syncing, Live TV viewing (via Sprint TV), WINMO applications (PPT, Word, Excel), removable memory... Not to mention the fact that it is almost exactly the same size as a RAZR2. Do I need to go on? No this is not an iPhone killer like the Fanboys will claim. It wasn't meant to be. Right, the iPhone also is able to pull up web pages faster than the Touch (and render them better with desktop grade accuracy) , offers full PDF attachment support, better battery life, and doesn't require you to deal with ActiveSync.

And nothing appeases business users like the text entry method in the Touch!

The Touch is only one of many HTC devices I've regretted buying. Their spec sheets are always impressive, but each time I can't help but wonder how anyone thought these devices were ready for prime time.
