I don't think that the person that would purchase an iphone and the lx would even be the same customer. The iphone user is someone who pays $500 for an mp3 device. The iphone is a direct competitor with Windows mobile 6 and the Touch, not the Sidekicks. The one thing right now with WM6 is that you can install 3rd party software with without going through Microsoft where you have to ask Apple for permission to do anything.
The LG Voyager VX-10000 is more of a direct competitor with the Sidekicks. Except you should get more data features (email, internet, mms, sms) for less then Verizon's LG. Just do your research and know what features are important to you.
