Google+ Photos to Go Dark August 1

Seemngly Picasa's website and application will continue to work fine, and upload photos into the same place they always have...this really only affects the G+ Photos app within the G+ main app, which has now been replaced by the standalone Google Photos app, which otherwise is the same...
