First, the reviewer says that you need to use the "doohickie" to use head phones OR charge the phone. More accurately...You only need to use the doohickie if you want to charge it WHILE using the wired headphones. If you are charging OR usng the wired headphones you do not need the doohickie. And why not get a set of bluetooth stereo headphones and toss the doddhickie in a drawer.

Second, he incorrectly states that on most Windows Mobile phones you can change the start menu to list view or icon view by simply accessing the menu with the right soft key.
