T-Mobile needs to fix that paperweight they call a phone, the T-Mobile Dash, before coming out with new products.

I am not happy with T-Mobile's lack of response when you have problems with their products. I get sick of hearing the customer service reps read to me the "i'm sorry" statement only to have me pull out the battery to fix all problems and if that does not work a hard reset.

Don't waste your time with T-Mobile because when you buy one of their lemons you're stuck with it.

That's funny... I've had a Dash for almost a year, and it's been the farthest thing from a lemon. It's actually a great phone.
