DoCoMo Testing 4G's Speed Limit
Just like most concept cars, never see daylight..
100 MHz spectrum... even the best optimizations/ spectrum conservation techniques will probably not bring it down to any acceptable range..
which operator in the world has access to that much spectrum in the first place?
in the US, you have the government agencies fighting the telecom/wireless operators fighting the tv/radio analog broadcastors all for measly amounts of airwave..
similar stuff in UK where there is constant struggle between the operators..
Hence, this 4th generation experiment from DoCoMo is just that. Probably not going to be the basis of the real 4th generation technology..
