I'm thinking that anyone who is thinking injunction has got to be a complete idiot or they're profitting from NTP's lawsuit.

I hope there is an injunction. RIM did something wrong and they need to be punished, if they dont settle. I dont care if you have a blackberry and you really need it, stop whinning. I have one too and I could careless if I can not use it anymore.
