First increase your network coverage.

Yep, T Mobile should not offer any promotions at all until its network is up to your standard :/ Seriously, what was the need to write that? It just seems as an unnecessary opportunity to get a jab in.

Those pockets of 2G are fewer and farther between. Soon Mark will have to complain about something else.

I have not come across any edge or gprs areas in densely populated areas near my home. I don't know about other areas though. If I come across any EDGE or GPRS areas, would be any rural areas that have had any buildout at all, & not upgraded since the original buildout. Even that is slowly becoming rare to find in parts of Indiana. I also agree with you that they need to slow down the type of marketing that they're doing, so they have money to improve their network in areas that need it, as well as build out in areas that have no network at all (especially in markets where they hold lower band 700 A block licenses).

At least in my area of NW Indiana (Northern Lake County Indiana), T-Mobile's 2 & 3G coverage sucks, which they're not up...
