i thought her husband thinks she' dumb so he lies to her.
maybe he' the one that want to get the Next plan.

she said att dont offer contract plan anymore, only Next plan.

Most customers are better off under a NEXT plan anyway. I know that I am never going to sign another contract unless I have absolutely no choice.

I work for at&t and yes were trying to....sheep herd everyone to the next installment. It is ultimatly cheaper if your on our mobile share value plan were pushing and the Next installment would save you money....If youre on the 7 gig mobile share plan(expired now) or higher(typically 10 or higher). It would be more expensive if you did two yr contract. Now if youre 6 gig or lower...do two yr contract(now only done in at&t store as of june 1st). I wouldnt be suprised if we done away with the 2 yr entirely probably in a year or two.
