Exactly Why

I don't do business with 3rd parties. Who doesn't have an AT&T store nearby and found it more convenient to use RadioHack? NOBODY. The problem is cheap people. They are the same reason that Wal-Mart is the number 1 retailer in the world. UGH!

They're just mad they aren't getting a piece of the pie - if they were, AT&T would be as quiet as a church mouse.

Greedy ass company doesn't give a damn about it's "customers" nor their "privacy" - they only care to the point the law makes it, and beyond that, they're willing to bend whatever rule they can.

Basically: AT&T doesn't get any rounds of applause, because they're not doing it for the right reasons or morals - quite the contrary.

That's a pretty dumb argument. If AT&T wanted that money, they would just sell customer's info on their own to 3rd parties.

I only do business with radio shack for cases or other types of electronics. I will by my phones either from online like swappa or amazon. Radioshack prices are high for phones just like bestbuy unless you catch them with a sale. for the person that says cheap people shop at radio shack or walmart honestly thats not true. i have seen people from law firms shop there and government officials. there are just some of us people that like to save a few bucks so we dont go broke all the time.

They would if they could without getting the bad PR.

Another non factual statement!

Sounds to me that you just hate AT&T for some reason or another? I think its funny that both AT&T and Apple are doing what's best for their customers, yet all you want to do is bash them by making false accusations!

I've had both AT&T and Apple for over 5 years now and I have been very happy with both companies. I feel that the high level of service I receive from both is the exact reason I stay with them!

It's not just them, he hates all non-government run businesses. He's a big government liberal that believes the only reason companies are good to their customers is because the government is there to keep them in line. It's an agenda that the left pushes in order to justify more government spending that they can funnel to their buddies who helped them get elected.

I'll just address the both of you.

First, you don't know as much as you think you do in that regard - you're also not the fact fairy.

And awe, sounds like someone is upset about a previous debate where you and others pushed the politics WAY further than they needed to go. I was merely mocking - just like how I mocked the hardcore, anti-Obamacare man who now is begging for it, and asking for donations after he tried skating the system.

Let me guess - I'm wrong on that too, and he thinks Obamacare is wonderful and always wanted it?

You don't have to pick a party or side to mock it - or use satire humor. You're just rather a black or white type of person, and cannot sense any shade in between.

Did you just respond to my post by saying "You don't know as much as you think you do in that regard, you're also not the fact fairy"???

If so that's pretty funny. Next time just say Na, Na, A, Boo, Boo stick your head in Doo Doo!

I could really care less if you have a political agenda on this topic because there is nothing political about it. AT&T and Apple are fighting to protect the sale of THEIR customers data from a company that is going to sell it to WHOEVER is the highest bidder. Radio Shack doesn't care what they are going to do with the data they just want their money. RS is in the mess they are in right now due to poor financial decisions, and selling another company's data is in itself, just wrong and another poor decision....
