someone who cares. No offense to any of their customers but until they can come close to rivaling either big blue or red in terms of coverage, both sprint and tmobile shouldn't be bragging about coverage. I wish they it did matter but unless you never leave a city they just aren't an option.

I think the fact that you are missing, is that a lot of people complained that Sprint and T-Mobile were primarily urban carriers, and lacked rural coverage.
Now that both are giving people what they want, and requested, people are still quick to shame them for expanding rural coverage. Sure it may not be as big as AT&T (which by the way, isn't all that big in rural areas either), or Verizon, but they are getting there.

The main issue I have with people complaining about rural coverage and saying AT&T and Verizon are bigger and better is something way more simple. Majority of the nation doesn't live in rural areas. In fact, the areas blanketed with coverage from Verizon and in lesser extents AT&T are so sparsely populated that it almost...

I never said they don't work for the people that have it and don't need to go out of more populated areas, my personal experience however I'd still prefer blue or red just from what I see my friends services like with Sprint and Tmobile. I also realize they are doing what they need to try to be strong in those areas and support their customers, my post is primarily just about the coverage which I'm sorry still doesn't add up and was meant more as a joke, like saying our customer service satisfaction is on par with Comcast, I'm sorry for you luck kinda thing.

Exactly my thoughts. T-Mobile bragging about having an LTE footprint the size of Sprint's isn't saying much. LOL. Compared to Verizon and AT&T, their LTE footprint is abysmal at best!

I wish either of these two had a bigger footprint, I'd love to take advantage of their pricing and plans, but this is simply a case of you get what you pay for.

Depends what you're looking for. Technically, Sprint has more coverage than VZW when you factor in roaming agreements with VZW and other smaller rural carriers around the country.

My life style does not require having 4G coverage for every little thing. This means I elect to spend less with Sprint and can actually utilize more coverage without disappointment.

If you expect more, expect to spend more. However, I get the coverage I need at a lower price. No complaints from a 10 year user.

You are being rather arrogant in supporting vast coverage. There are approximately 104 million people that don't care to have coverage in every nook and cranny of the country. While coverage is a nice selling feature, majority of metropolitan consumers only need metropolitan coverage.

As a person that travels on the road, I can safely say that saving a few dollars every month is far more pleasing than paying extra for coverage that I don't need on a regular basis. Most times, I have great coverage, but if not, Sprint throws in free roaming for when I do need to connect outside its coverage area. Even data is free roaming. Unless you're a gamer or streamer, having 4G access is optional. I can still make phone calls, text, email, browse we...

Travel with Sprint somewhere that isn't on a major highway and things change a lot. I'm not saying it's not good where it works, which is still debatable, but anyone who thinks Sprints coverage with roaming still adds up to big Red needs to take another look.

I do realize a great deal of the country does live in bigger areas and Sprint and Tmobile are a viable option for them but there is also a fairly large number that live in areas that while in a metropolitan area aren't really in the city and there the other 2 start to suffer.

None of the carriers are perfect by far. I've worked for AT&T and had their service but I also have had Verizon(my current provider), and even Sprint at 1 lowly connected point. I have friends who have Tmo...
