The 4th Amendment has been dead in this country for years. Unfortunately we keep electing fools who install fools into the court. Fortunately the 1st Amendment is OK for now.

The message here should be simple. Don't text and rob. If you must break the law turn your cellphone off first. And in the effort to save the FBI tons of money and time. Yes!! I did buy a Firestick on AZ.

But that doesn't deal with the fact that the 4th Amendment is dead all under the justification of "making it easier for law enforcement." Well our job isn't to make the cops job easier. The cops job is to follow the Constitution. Also, you think the 1st Amendment is alive and well? Think again. Private corporations in bed with the government like Facebook and Twitter are shutting down "controversial" news web site members like infowars.com. That is right out of Nazi Germany.

These news headlines of today aren't any different than news you would have read in Nazi Germany in the 1930s where their "courts" ruled to take this right or that right away from their people. It's happening here and it's happening fast. ☹️

Is alive and well. Orwell's prediction came true 30 years late.

If you think the 1st amendment is alive and well try saying certain things in a cell phone conversation and watch how fact men in black show up on your doorstep to cart you away to a gulag in Eastern Europe where you'll never see the light of day.

Take out the battery and SIM as well before you think of doing anything really stupid. Disable GPS as well.
Also overwrite the freespace at least 7 times before handing your phone to authorities.
If you have nothing to hide, then don't worry!

Orwell, wasn't making predictions, he was making veiled commentary on the events of his own day, the reason the book is called '1984' is because he transposed two of the digits in the year '1948' which is when he wrote it.
