Republicans to Let NSA Keep Spying On Your Calls

It's a game played by both parties. It's "good cop, bad cop." In this case, Obama knew the Republicans are completely on board with the spy state, so Obama asks to tone down the bill a bit (being the good cop) knowing full well it won't happen. The Republicans, being the bad cop, fast track it to push it through full strength to keep spying. Then when a Republican president comes in, he'll want to tone down the law, but the Dems will be in power, so it will keep getting passed full strength. It's a sick, deceptive, game playing government we have led by 2 parties both owned by giant corporations.
