Interesting strategy from Sprint: rolling out a "white-glove" service offering while striving to be seen as the low-cost leader in wireless. Time will tell but would guess this is a short-lived program.

If these are the same "techs" that fix phones in stores currently, good luck. They barely want to do their jobs as it is and blame water damage for everything.

When they open up the phone, and see not only the indicator solid red, but corrosion on the board....then it's water damage, and it happens ALL the time and people play dumb.

So many people treat their phones like absolute ****, I look at them and almost tilt my head sideways in confusion- especially when I see people without cases on an iPhone, and the entire phone has dents, dings, scratches and usually a portion of the screen cracked. People treat their phones worse than they do a rental car.

know exactly what you mean when i did tech amd warranty for AT&T it was crazy what peopel would try to get away with, I would clearly ask what color the indicator is, and try to pretend its not damaged or tey to say their phones has no damage and celarly is....best part is when id go over the terms and conditions and theyd either say they changed their mind or just hung up

As someone who has done "tech work" for sprint, I have seen many refurbished phones directly from warehouse with corrosion and litmus stickers triggered. And charging ports not working, buttons defective, L CDs out, etc...

I've worked with many and seen many techs just mail in their jobs on a daily basis.

Well its not just sprint techs that mail their job in.....A lot of industries have people "just doing their time"..

what do you think is the matter with this country
