Verizon Interested in Vodafone's Shares in VZW

If Voda were to get €16 billion for their share in VZW, on top of their additional cash reserves, DT will sell T-Mo if the price is right. I've worked in real estate all my life and the first thing I've learned is that everything is for sale, its just a matter of reaching the "magic" price.

Also, why the sudden turn to buy the shares from Voda anyway? What changed, what has happened. There maybe more to this that we are hearing... For all we know Voda may have another party that is interested in buying its share... a party that Verizon doesn't what to do business with.
