LG has caught my attention. I'm very staunch on my needs and wants. I left HTC when they eliminated the crucial accessibility which I require. Samsung has disappointed me with its newly announced S6 and S6Edge. It has limited me to two choices. Either the S5 or defect to the LG3.

However, if the LG4 retains my needs, they will immediately gain another customer.

---"What is wrong with the S6????"---

It doesn't have what I require. A phone that costs $900 should be as flexible as possible and have the accessibility in order to limit useless downtime. The most premium PCs had the most speed, flexibility to augment and accessibility to repair commonly failed components. I expect the same for a premium phone. Instead, Samsung has eliminated these features on the S6. Not saying it's bad device. However, I dont shop on aesthetics or "cool" factor. I need the most functionality that will cost me the least amount of money in repairs, third party apps and/or third party hardware in order to make it run at its full potential. I shouldn't have to pay extra for this stuff. The most expensive phones should ha...

Although I do agree with you that for the premium priced phones, they should have more for them than just additional stoarage space, I for one think its great Samsung is implementing new features on their phones. Even though they are taking away some of the flexibility, most users don't care for the added flexibility. Overall it is a decently better device that the GS5. Although I'll never buy one, I don't mind the lack of battery and SD card expansion so much since I've been on the Oneplus One for the past 8 months. As long as the phone has uppermid-high end specs and is priced right, I don't see the need to spend upwards of $600/700 on a cellphone when phones such as the Alcatel Onetouch Pop3, the Asus Zenfone 2, and Oneplus One are such g...

According to Samsung's own ads and comment section, there is an overwhelming amount of people not happy about the omission of removable battery or SD card. More than half. This means most users do notice and ARE displeased with the direction.

Why does a phone being "Decently better" constitute taking away the flexibility? My whole point is that if you don't use or need the two options, Don't worry about them. Having them present shouldn't really bother you. What harm does it do to have them? The phone is priced as if it had the ability. I say keep the options. If a car is priced the same whether it has power windows or not, I'm taking the power windows for the same price.

I like a decent but not over the top display. As long as the UI and the processor can handle everything I throw at it, I am satisfied. Now that things are starting to go Octa-Core, its great to have tons of apps and not worry about lag and multi-tasking. Some of the Adreno and Krait Quad-Cores are by no means too shabby either. As long as there is enough storage in the phone as well, QHD displays are great but not a necessity.

Jinx I'm not a fan of the curve screen either, but I do know that they are durable and they will still fit in your pocket. Also the curve isn't too out of hand, you can see it, but it's not like WOW that is curved, lol. But I'm pretty sure they won't do that, cause that is what makes the Flex the flex phone and the G series is not. But we'll have to see.

The S6 and S6 edge is quite indeed disappointing because of it's non-expandable memory and non-removable battery. But it also has it's good side. However, since the LG G4 is still sticking to what's best, I might be able to give my approval for it.

It is amazing the amount of people negatively responding to Samsung's own ads and comment section of the new phones. Over 50%. This shows mainstream users DO care about removable batteries and SD cards. While I can agree that Samsung's new phones are better, this equates to across the board from any manufacturer. The next iteration should always be better. But, it shouldn't delete the features that make it inherently flexible. I expect lower grade phones to be cheaper, less flexible and throwaway items. Not high priced "Flagship" phones.

I ran a speed test of the S6 vs. Moto X and the Moto X opened and ran apps faster. Too much bloat and processes with the S6 just to use apps.
