Well AT&T is definitely delivering their promise in Indianapolis. I'm seeing those small cells pop up all over town. They look like this:

(fyi- I'm not the author of that thread, I don't think they're ugly, definitely not as ugly as a traditional cell tower).

T-Mobile has one of those by my house - they claim they don't yet, they just updated it and the old housing on the telephone pole said "T-Mobile West" and now just says "T-Mobile" on it.

I know Verizon has been doing a ton of these on lamps in SF, where I live, which are more of an eye sore as they look funky on a plan old streetlight, bulges everywhere all random, but the T-Mo ones are on telephone and electric poles so it looks fitting.
