These records are obtained by these companies calling your cellular provider and pretending to be you. They are masters of deception and social engineering... thats why you see the variable estimated time of 1-4 hours for record retrieval.

Oh well...if they paid my bill during that call, i guess i wouldn't mind all that much.

I strongly suspect current and former employees of the respective cell carriers are involved in this operation. I just posted about this on the other thread, but it takes shockingly little info to get setup online, or to call into a carrier's CS to request info, or make changes to an account. Anyone with a jealous ex should be very concerned.
