I am a Verizon customer and am so annoyed that every other provider is delivering new smartphones and PDA phones - anyone want to sway me to switch networks?

Have you NOT just "swayed" yourself?

I know what you mean though. I'm contemplating on switching from Sprint just for this phone (or buy the "Kaiser" out right). But their data plan is DOUBLE 😲 that of Sprint!

Yes, Sprint has the "Mogul" (I'm still using my archaic PPC-6600 😳 ), but, just the "tilt" thingy alone, on this "TyTn II" is causing ME to "sway" 🤤 (I've got to set down)!

Change to a carrier just for self bragging rights?... 😎 Oh, HELL YES!

Its OK as long as you don't have a champagne taste on a beer budget 😉 !

Where Verizon usually is. Sitting on their high hog thinking their sh|t doesn't stink. Practically all of you out there reading this know I'm right. Meanwhile, the other carriers are leaving them in the dust when it comes to new phone technology.

Oh they'll catch up ....... eventually....

To date, Verizon remains the only carrier not to offer Treos without antenna nubs.

Your absolutely right about their high horse (or hog...). Everytime a customer calls and lets them know they are switching services almost every single time the customer service rep reminds them that they are switching from the number one carrier for coverage in the U.S. Well I have a news flash for you, Verizon is definitely not number one for coverage if you actually break it down by state. In fact Verizon sucks so bad in my state, you can't even drive between towns without losing connections while every other carrier is ahead here.

not that i like verizon or anything, but their new fall lineup looks really sweet. vx10,000 alone. jesus, just 10,000 as a model number. motorola has a long way to catch up from the v3. only v9997 more phones. but seriously, those aren't smartphones except the pearl, which sucks anyway. (doesnt suck, just the keypad kinda does - but isnt that the whole phone?)
