Not sure what you guys are talking about because you can easily convert your MP3 files to WMA files so you can listen to them on your phone. I was able to get my hands on the music essentials kit and used it with my 8100 to easily convert my MP3 files to WMA for my phone. Here's the deal: Windows Media Player 10 will convert your MP3 files to WMA when songs are transferred through the USB cable, which is included in the kit.
