An' y'know, we REALLY SHOULDN'T have to hack our phones jus' to keep the features the phone CAME WITH before the lame firmware update...
If it weren't for the fact that Verizon is quite a lot better than the other carriers in my area, I would definitely go wit' someone else, just over crap like this.

Agreed.
Don't get me wrong, I really like Verizon's network, but their constant herding me on services/feature-crippling (bluetooth, music) really IS bull***t.
I may be leaving for Amp'd once my contract is up - they use Verizon's network, an' hopefully will have less BS on the side than Verizon. Unfortunately tho', I upped for 2 yea...
