I can tell you what it's all about. It's about corporations cashing in on the illegal alien flood that's here. They are actually encouraging and promoting illegal immigration by offering cheap calls back to Mexico. I saw last year Western Union was offering $10 money transfers back to Mexico while transfers within the US had a $40 fee (based on the amount). Another example of American corporations encouraging illegal aliens coming here by giving them better deals than Americans get themselves. 😡
