is it only available in vcast areas?

that would suck if i had to drive an hour just to get a track or two.

Well, in the article it says that if u download the song from a PC then u only have to pay .99 cents and then transfer it to ur phone through the miniSD card (thats of course u have one, coz I dont lol), but it also says that if u want to download it straight to ur phone then u pay 1.99 to do that plus im sure u have to be in a vcast area (which Im not right now...in spring they tell me)

I dont plan on using this service anyways 😈

V-Cast is available in Lake County Indiana, but unfortunately, coverage is spotty for V-Cast, and it's not available at home, but is in nearby Merrillville & Griffith. I believe though it's temporary since I live in a heavily populated area and it's close to Chicago.

The VCAST/EVDO areas are growin', tho'.

I'd think that by the end of '06, you'll be able to get VCAST jus' about anywhere 'cept the boonies.
