Agreed. The Voyager (a horrible name, so I hope you don’t mind if I call it the 10k from now on) is not the iPhone. The iPhone would be the best phone in the world right now if it was with Verizon and if its design was a little more flexible. By flexible I mean things such as a removable battery and removable memory and the like. Sadly it’s not though. The 10k is packed full of features and does run on the Verizon network so I would, for those reasons, say the 10k is probably slightly better than the iPhone. However as said by JunkNugget (hehe Laughing ), they are not really in the same league. First there is no denying the facts; Verizon does have the fastest network followed by Sprint (removing the exception of wifi). The 10k has mobile TV. The 10k has a QWERTY which is much easier to use, maybe less fun, but easier. The 10k has removable memory as well as phone memory which is much more flexible for storing music, photos & videos and creates the opportunity for larger memory storage, like up to 18gigs (look it up it’s on the way). It also has a full web browser, thank God, not near as good as the iPhone in that way but remember this is in addition to many other features. The UI is average on the 10k but the features and network trump the UI. The UI is all the iPhone has going for it against the 10k. Granted the UI is much much better on the iPhone in nearly all ways but a faster more reliable network along with the extra features out weight the iPhones early lead there. Damn that UI! Either way the 10k will be the most wanted phone during the holiday season and will likely come very close to the iPhone’s numbers in a much shorter time frame. We’ll always find the flaws in these devices but at the end of the night Verizon & LG need a pat on the back for the Voyager. Thanks guys, it was much needed.
