because ... i have to provide support for the wireless sync app. I have to deal with the vendors .... excenticities every day and theres a lot better that can be done. Then when they made a GIN app for it the GIN app unfortuntely got slapped with the problems from wireless sync, and GIN. And because it's on Gin it has even more limitations that the app for normal pda's and smart phones.
Wireless sync really isn't THAT bad. If you have some intelligence, and understand that the app has it's lmits and some issues. In a corporate environment thoug I would NEVER run the coporate monitor app because of the security issues it applies.
Most home users have admin rights, and it's usually not such bad thing to open ports on a home network. b... (continues)
Nice response. Yeah i haven't used the wireless sync app either. Too expenseive for me. I just can't wait to get my hands on the Voyager and I"m sure I'll wind up buying it even though my contract isn't over untill Novermber of '08. Oh wells.
