Hmm - 2G?
Well, it has the specs that supposedly make a music phone good: real SD Card support, 3.5mm jack, stereo bluetooth and all the buttons. They even threw a QVGA display in there so that the visuals should look good. If it isn't 3G to enable song downloads then I suppose it's just a iPod Nano substitute, right?

If you need 3G, there are rumors of a ROKR E3... which I would guess we'll see announced at 3GSM in February.
...
Do you think that the SK3 will be shown at either the 3GSM, CES2006, or even the ceBIT?
...
That's pretty off-topic!
But I'd guess 3GSM or CTIA. CES seems early since they just launched the SKII special editions.

Seeing as how Danger Inc. has stated that they will no longer manufactuer phones, but are now selling their OS to anyone, I would say that the Sidekick is a dead duck, unless Sharp wants to go it solo.

really!?!?!? 😲 .do you think it will have itunes? i like the itunes on the rokr e1, and the rokr e2 has no itunes that tells me it might not only be heading to cingular but t-mobile also. and it also wont have that itunes only feel. which i kind of liked.
