ive been with verizon for 13 yrs postpaid and prepaid its alway the same bs there website does not work cant see how much data i used what a joke when i ask when it will be fixed they sat soon same ****r when they scan people

I guess something is a joke Hoggy. I have been with VZW for 13 years and have no problem at all using computer or phone to check data usage, you need to get someone to help you so you will know whats going on. 13 years is a long time to go with out data usage facts.
