as I said in a prior post in here, DT is going to be using $10 billion for new spectrum. the problem is, they announced that publicly which I think can haunt them because that will entice others to bid higher so that they cant afford it, bid higher to spend more, or not buying any which will probably destroy their hopes for any 3g data revenue, which will hurt them a lot.

Here is an idea. Why would a company outbid another, just so they cannot get spectrum, when they themselves may not need or want to use it. Then they will end up having to sell it at a lower price than what they ended up bidding for it... Here is the PC part...Back to your less than prestigious career choice, unmotivated worker. Any more ideas? Hopefully that was less offensive and won't get deleted...
