Heh, interesting ....

I did a whois lookup on rockitalk.com (and rockittalk.com) and they both were registered May 5th, 2005 and only were registered for 1 year. Most companies register for more than that! They really must not have been expecting to run for the long-haul.

Eh, not necessarily. I only renew my domains on a yearly basis in case I'm able to be offered better deals by renewing the domain with another company, and at the time of renewal of the domain, offer me better server packages with bigger total bandwidth than what I had before. Sure, it may be unlikely that this company is thinking that and that you could be right, but the domain isn't sufficient enough evidence.

I tell you one thing, though, it'd be great that if these guys did hit the road again, that if someone bought the domain when it expired and used it to publish any information and track their current scams. That's poetic justice right there.

I agree it isn't sufficient evidence, and I didn't intend it that way -- just thought it was kind of funny.

I do think that would be a fun idea to buy that domain when/if available come its experation date!! 😈
