I'm very happy with my Q9M. It looks great, feels lightweight, and has enough customization options to keep me entertained for awhile.

I was pleasantly surprised by the fullness and depth of the sound, considering I got the Q9M primarily for use as a PDA with some phone calls and music on the side. I haven't had time to play with the settings but it sounded better than the LG VX8550's speaker (also not tinkered with).

Very unscientific tests ("Can you hear me better on this phone, or this one?") revealed no difference in call quality between Q9M, LG VX550 and VX9900.

It has slowed down a few times even after all runnings apps were closed, necessitating a reset. Maybe I'm just impatient, coming from a stripped-down Palm PDA OS to the far more complex WM6, but if I had to pick one thing to improve upon, it would be the speed. Otherwise, love it!!
