Could that be a possibilty? I have been in wireless sales for a little over 4 years. I have seen on rare circumstances, customers getting more than 1 of the exact same device malfunction. For example, a bad shipment of phones, or software glitchs.
Most of us knew of the issues when the original Q came out and then when the 2nd software upgrade was introduced, the device became more tollerable. Could this be another repeat of the original?
Unlike baseball with the 3 strike rules, phone sales are a little different. If this phone flops, I beleive this will be the end of Motorola's PDA line, and could even cripple Motorola's name, IMHO. Customers will not keep buying a device that hasn't served a purpose more than a paper weight that plays music.
