Review: BlackBerry Classic
Classic review
I love my Classic already. Its exactly what I needed, like an updated Bold 9900. The only thing I didn't like was being forced to give up my Blackberry email address.
I have a nice Android phone for multimedia, this one is my business phone and it is a powerhouse for my uses.
Sincerely,

Relax, it kinda sounds like you're personally offended by this review.
IMO there is no one phone that does it all, so having a couple different good ones is having the best of two worlds.

In my line of work two phone lines is a must, and I actually have a 3rd phone.

What *exactly* do you NEED with Blackberry, that an iPhone or Android phone can't already do, mimic or otherwise do better - let alone provide you with a vast array of other content?
I'm being sincere here for a moment. I had the Bold 9900 - I had it bridged to a Playbook. The phone looked classy, and that was about it. Beyond texting and emails, it wasn't that great.

For content, Blackberry OS 10 carries most of what I use; it has the Fly Delta app, it has Soundcloud, it has the Plantronics app for my bluetooth, its got Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Maps, Weather, a calculator, Adobe Reader, Docs to Go, and a speedy browser!
Would I like it to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 64-bit system chip, of course I would.
If Blackberry would get Square onboard with a credit card reader, I'd...

On my Blackberry Classic I also can quickly text, email, browse the web, play (a few) games (I don't play them on my Android phone, like I care about some angry birds). It doesn't have stereo speakers but headphone quality is fine. It plays high-quality mkv videos perfectly, and has a better camera than my HTC One (m7).

i know this isnt the point but did you really just compare people liking Canada Dry to Coke and Pepsi??? worst comparison ever
Why yes, yes I did. I compared personal preference and "taste" to a phone. Canada Dry being the LEAST popular (refer to market share) and the other two being the big boys and giants of the industry.
He simply prefers his Classic and can't just admit that. He has no evidence behind it - other than subjective opinion.
Really though - It wasn't the best analogy, but I was slightly drunk, so eh, I get a free pass.
