How does Brightpoint explain to their vast customer base that they're now direct competition. And with their distribution network? Whoa boy.

Yeah, but with all the apparent street cred of every other mom and pop shop. I don't think anybody big enough to make a difference to Brightpoint if they did get shaken up will get shaken up. I would be interested to see what they'll all carry. If each franchise shop had capability to order anything Brightpoint stocks at normal cost... wouldn't mind owning a few of them.
