There's another spectrum auction coming up, and they mentioned getting more spectrum.

US Cellular owns a bunch of the 700MHz that they could use. And Leap still has the 700 for Chicago which is the only top 10 market T-Mobile doesn't have 700Mhz in.

Wasn't Leap acquired by AT&T?

It was, but the transaction didn't include the Leap spectrum in Chicago. Leap shareholders at the time will get the money from the spectrum sale of that 700MHz spectrum in Chicago.
