Network Vision Network Flop

So not only has Sprint lied about how vast the LTE coverage would be, but they lied about how many people it would cover.

Looking at their Network Vision Maps when they proposed the idea, and promised capacity, coverage, and increase in call completion and data speeds, to now and the current maps - I see a huge lack of breadth of coverage, not to mention a very small LTE coverage area in the places they claimed they really were going to succeed. Congratulations, you're the 1,000,000th person on here who has made the same prediction about Sprint's inevitable and soon demise, since 2006.

Sprint's recent attempt to draw AT&T and Verizon customers away with their half rate scene says it all.

Sprint's network coverage sucks in comparision to AT&T and Verizon & the only way they can try and lure customer in is with scenes like this.

As someone who owns a cellphone for the reason it was originally created, I'm more concerned about having a carrier that allows me access to emergency services if my car is stranded in the middle of nowhere. While Sprint has increased its footprint via roaming agreements, Verizon and AT&T have actually dialed theirs back -- in favor of building more native coverage.

So, the next time your in place like Tellico Plains with a flat, where the Big Two have almost no coverage, you can enjoy your hike down...
