Verizon To Launch Turn By Turn Directions

You can already do this with Cingular

The Nokia 6682 can connect with a bluetooth GPS unit and do this for you.

the HP iPaq has GPS built in so you can install software to utilize it and get directions

the nice thing about the Nokia solution is that Cingular doesn't charge you extra ike verizon will. and it downloads maps as you need them, so if you already have a media net package, you are golden.

Don't listen to him. He has no idea what he's talking about - Every single bt PDA, including SprintNextel, Cingy, Verizon (yes, that too) will have an ability to use bt gps antenna.
But! The setup (antenna + maps) will cost you about $350 (i have one)... It's almost 3 years of vz gps service!

I do not know what the quality of Verizon's Turn By Turn Directions, but I have Sprint and I use Garmin Mobile:
