I do believe Sony Ericsson as been using a similar idea for a while. Myt610.com is a site dedicated almost completely to themes for Sony's. I just received my new Sony W600i yesterday and it has custom faceplates that you can design on Sony's website as well as 4 pre-loaded themes.

I doubt an E815 will be able to use themes considering it has already been released. Verizon will most likely use themes as a selling point for new phones.

Yeah, there is always some jacka$$ who thinks they know everything... Verizon has the highest prices by far so I think they are the worst carrier.

Cingular and VZW did match each other min for min peeny for penny on alot of their plans. Now Cingular offers a $59.99 550 FP VZW lowest is $69.99. Verizon and Cingular both get you on the higher end phone like the a970 $350 with Verizon with the a940 $250 with Sprint. Same phones but you can do more with the Sprint EV-DO.
