It's a shame. I guess Starbucks figures the more people in the stores, the more it gives them the appearance that they attract paying customers for their products when the majority are there for the Wi-fi and nothing else.

Wi-fi...lolz. I almost always have LTE, and with my unlimited data, all I need is an outlet and I can turn my hotspot on.

They really need to introduce a time limit....you can use our WiFi/charging station for so long and then you really have to buy something, and we don't mean buying one cup of coffee and nursing it for 6 hours...

I guess it's karma for them for charging 400% more for a simple, and inexpensive, cup of coffee... think of it as "balance".
