Honestly, if you're going up against the likes of Samsung and Apple, you better know what the f*ck you're doing. Amazon obviously didn't. I mean hell, even Microsoft has a hard time keeping up.

I give them credit for trying to make Amazon Prime look better, but (at least for me) Google does everything Prime Photos does...for free. Maybe not unlimited, someone correct me if I'm wrong, but it's enough for me. I'm not really convinced to switch.

Maybe they ought to focus on widening their selection of TVs and movies that they stream. Fast, free shipping is really good deal for $99/yr but if you only shop online occasionally, you might want a little more. Personally, I'd ditch Netflix and sign the f*ck up with Prime if they were a worthy c...

I agree. I have prime only because I get a student discount and the only reason I got it was because I used to shop frequently online. Once I started purchasing items that do not qualify for Prime FREE shipping I realized that its not worth it anymore. In the long run you pay less for shipping than the membership even with the discount. Plus Prime Streaming services are mediocre with the amount of FREE content they offer. For less than what they charge you can use streaming services elsewhere with a wider variety of content.

I knew the Fire phone would not appeal to me simply because of their operating system and features. All just gimmicks and really not useful at all.
