I guess they haven't used T-Mobile as they seem to be in the final stages of deploying their Edge network.

It seems like to me that T-Mobile and Sprint see no reason to build out the actual network. Just attempting to expand new technoligies within the existing network.
Which is sad. The more you need out of a carrier, the smaller your options become, until you are left with Verizon (and to a slightly lesser extent, AT&T).
