Well, it would be good for construction workers. Basically, they need a brick that is indestructible.

Besides, ever have a thief try to steal stuff from you, just throw it at them!

Yeah, sort of reminds me of most Nextel phones. I could see Cingular trying to push this phone if it has their new PTT system.

Well actually, I know a lot of people. Don't go "my point exactly" to yourself 😉

I know many landscapers, engineers, architects, etc who have been wanting something like this... but never got the blackberry they wanted due to durability. This will solve their problems.

😳 its a very...different design... i guess not everybody is after beauty in phones... but i am not one of them. please if anyone knows of a smartphone with this same type wifi, please post your response and personal feedback on the device...

You guys are thinking civilian.... This was made primarily for military and public safety. Motorcycle cops, fire inspectors, detectives. We have been waiting for this upgrade for some time. Don't be confused by the picture. This thing is BIG...at least twice the size of a blackberry. Battery is made to last 16 hours of constant use with the radio on. It has a magnesium frame and is ROCK solid.
