Spain?

All the other countries are Latin American. Spain is in Europe. Is this a case of mistaking Spanish for Hispanic?
...
Who did the mistaken? I don't see anything about mistaken Spanish for Hispanic. What are you talking about?

Hispanic is a term for Spanish speaking people who come from Latin America. Primarily, they are descendants of Native Americans, African slaves, and a very few colonists from Spain (mostly soldiers).
People native to Spain are primarily Caucasian. It's essentially the equivalent of calling an native if Ireland, Irish-American even if they've never lived here.

We're descemdamts of French, Portugal and a lot of countries... remember that in 1891 brought people from all over the world to this country to take care 'bout the ground and livestock.
...
Maybe they want to make it attractive to all Spanish speaking countries
...
Umm, maybe, but why? Why Spanish? What's so special about Spanish speaking countries? I notice the Philippines isn't on that list and they speak Spanish. Why not make it attractive to all French or German or Arabic speaking countries? I'll tell you why....it's because people from those speaking countries aren't flooding in here by the millions. We can be naive and gullible and think Sprint just randomly picked Spanish speaking countries to make this offer to, but I think we all know the real reason.
...
Maybe that's the reason, but guess what, nothing gonna change, so chill out my friend
...
Yup! The real reason is we are in everywhere, we're like a spreading plague, getting bigger and bigger every single second to everyplace and no one can stop us.
