Not Terrible...
If you have 4 or more lines and everyone uses about the same amount of data.

Its not terrible for those who are already on AT&T. For the budget conscious its still prepaid or Sprint/Tmobile

For me it's not even budget. AT&T and Verizon both have fairly good coverage by me. Sprint is marginal but my wife always liked it because it worked at her place of employment while no others did. T-Mobile blows everyone else out of the water locally until you get into the sticks.

And that pretty much explains why at&t and Verizon have a virtual duopoly, they are the only national carriers who are willing to invest to build a truly national network, Sprint and T-Mobile have good plans, but crappy coverage. Most people in the country simply have no choice, wherever they are, their only real choices are likely at&t or Verizon, no one has adequate coverage. If Sprint and T-Mobile want to seriously compete, they need to build their networks.

T-Mobile keeps investing in 700 MHz spectrum and have been deploying LTE much faster than Sprint. I use T-Mobile now and it works most places for me. As I said though, going into the sticks is no bueno.

T Mobile is building out an LTE network, but they aren't expanding coverage in areas where it doesn't exist. I live in the midwest, and the only place that one can get T Mobile is in practically the entire northern plains is Minneapolis. Tha't's just not good enough, almost every week someone comes in to my store asking about T-Mobile and I have to tell them 'sorry, T-Mobile doesn't exist here.' I think they could really clean up in they introduced coverage here.

I love this new plan. I was already thinking of going to 15GB when I get a new tablet, but now I am going to 30GB whether I get a tablet or not. I can't pass up that deal.
