How to Fix Sprint
Sprint needs to quickly burn their existing plan system to the ground and start fresh. Their plans are bloated without being compelling. Their billing system is more confused than their poor CSR's (seriously, when has -anyone- ever gotten a correct Sprint bill?)
Finally, figure out what the hell you want to be. At one time, Sprint was a high-feature high-value carrier (the trenchcoat man days.) Then they became the amazing x-ray specs carrier (The popular phone knockoff era). Then they became a BAD CREDIT-NO CREDIT poster child (Nextel days.) Then they became the "we're the nice guys, let us just get our network together." Then they became "We're 4G in a 3G world" with the HTC Evo, only to stop building out that network and let it rot bec...

How is AT&T neglecting their unlimited customers, and trying to force them on another plan. They can upgrade without losing their unlimited.

Honestly, at&t SHOULD neglect their unlimited plans and force them into newer plans. Those old unlimited plans are a drag on the company, consuming massive amounts of bandwidth and paying virtually nothing for it.

Very few people use that much data. It is not a drag on the network.
