Verizon Defends Throttling Plan

But didn't you know the economy is bad and poor Verizon is really struggling to pay the bills. How could we possibly expect them to add more equipment to accommodate the influx of more customers? It's obviously the fault of those evil customers who are using the service they paid for. Really, isn't Verizon entitled to money without providing anything in exchange? Shouldn't we all just give them money and refuse to use the service we paid for? I'm sure it's the only way Verizon will survive. And we already know they're too big to fail.
