As a T-Mobile representative, I take these allegations seriously. On a T-Mobile bill, after the details about calls placed / received, and if you have detailed billing turned on, the details about all text messages sent / received, on the very next page, before you move onto the next line, are the listed premium service charges.

I can't for the life of me figure out how this could be construed as lengthy or difficult to understand. They were printed on the bills in plain english, the charge, a description of it, and the cost associated with it. It's one of the easiest things to find on any T-Mobile bill.

It is lengthy and difficult to understand because there is numbers on a page. Numbers! Do you have any idea how confusing that is to the average T-mobile customer that just wants to get there phone cut back on! Think of all that bidness they are missing out on be cause y'all charge way too much, they are just going to all switch to cricket when there contract is up!
