...but while the hardware and software specs are impressive, the look of the phones is so "been there, done that".

Time to move away from the RAZR look completely.

Function over form my friends, krzr is beautiful to look at and to hold but not to use. Maybe this time Moto learned from the previous weak efforts.

ummm...it is the "razr2" so it should follow suit with the original razr, no? as for the rest of moto's lineup...they definitely need some new innovation.

So what innovaions are you suggesting Motorola should incorporate? For every new product, there are folks that that try to pick them apart, find fault, and just be downright negative without much knowledge about the product other than what they've read in a review.
