What a novel idea!

Just don't expect to be able to call for help if you injure your leg! Or perhaps try to make a call while driving on a bumpy road!

perhaps it will be one of "those types of features" that you can enable when necessary? it sounds great and all, but for the accident people out there, this phone is going to blow. it doesnt sound like this is condusive to crutches or anything else that can alter your gait.
